Multi-layered catacombs. Sounds like factions everything is far more compacted but on different levels. Of course i'd expect to see atleast some changes in the catacombs. I mean a powerful magic assualt from the searing wouldn't have left the catacombs completely unscathed.

But, don't like the layers/level idea, cuz it will be like Tombs..
What would be better imo, in the beginning of the catacombs, low levels, once you get those, lvl20's, and so on.... to the hardest part where the high levels are located

I like the levels idea but it shouldn't be just like a tombs style "clear out these enemies and it takes you to the next floor".
If possible there should be a large amount of quests developed and a few open different locked sections to your party like "protect the clearers" where you defend some lvl 5 men trying to clear rubble to a deeper section from level 20+ monsters. Once it's done a cutscene occurs with them taking off the final boulder and the next section becomes accesible. The others (not like the one above) should randomly be accesible; for example in certain instances of the catacombs different ghost npcs spawn and you obtain quests from them, but the ghost spawn should be a random set of 10 out of 50. So there would be a tonne of replayablity to try and do all the quests.
In the deepest section (maybe the sacrificed moa room which would have several ways to it cut off and changed so its harder to get to) there should be a room full of "Ferocious Charr lords" (maybe) who got trapped underground during the searing and have gone insane. There should be 8 who are randomly different classes each time you enter and they should all be lvl 30+ with 5 skills on thier skill bars and decent AI (like using spike tactics etc) which would be a major challenge; far harder to kill than glint... I dunno it's just an idea isn't it?

Make it so every level has a quest you must complete. No map. Every level is more difficult than the last one. Make it so quests dont give you XP, instead make it so it gives out items (maybe we could choose from a collector-type window) what item we want. Maybe add like dyes and the likes (off course no black nor silver dyes) or rare materials such as deldrimor steel or others (1 per level, or a bundle of 10 common material every level). Could make this a Hi-level area just like tombs and UW/SF/FoW.

Maybe have a chest every 10 levels with one or two boss (with greens ) and have the chest require a key so its another gold-sink.

This should be accessible by a town (sardelac?) in which you talk to an NPC and you can ask about 'legends', where he would tell you what is the best score (lowest level reached). Also make it so when someone beats a record, he gets back to that same NPC, and the group gets X experience points, compared to how much they beat the record (lets say maybe 2000XP per level over the record? So if the last record was LVL 18 and you beat it reaching lvl 21, you would get 6000XP. Off course this would make it a huge XP gain from the beginning of the area, but as time goes, records will be harder and harder to beat.

The petiton is back in a new design. It's more easily understandable now. To sign in just press the big button in the middle.

We'll write about the idea finishing one quest before getting to the next layer in the petition. That's a nice one I think.

@Kattox1:Your idea is just a little to big for us. Creating about 50 quests is hard work. I don't think ArenaNet would do this. But thank's for your work anyway.

Greetings
Mortez

It could be nice to see the revenge of Skullreaver! My all time favourite boss in guildwars, who I killed many times in the hope of gettting a 1-2 dmg Sephis axe. It seems like a nice oppertunity to indroduce some new green items. This sounds like a great idea
